General Information
Our structure kits are cut from FSC certified structural grade oak. These structure kits consist of a mortise and tenoned solid oak frame with screwed flat braces, with a pre-cut roof structure, all fitting gracefully into your property. Our structure kits are perfect for any garden project, you can turn your garden structure into a beautiful garage, carport, or even an office!
Our standard structure kits are available in two to six meter sizes and are measured from the outside edges of the posts, there will be an overhang of 250mm on each side of your flat roof structure.
Please note the wall plate will have square edges, and not chamfered as per the CAD images
How to order your structure?
To order your structure, email or call us directly, stating the size of the structure, the material, and the roof type. If you would like delivery or installation please provide us your postcode. Once you confirm that you are pleased with the order details, then an order deposit of £ 100 + VAT will have to be paid via BACS if the structure is not in stock. We will keep in touch once we have further details on the delivery date.
Structural Grade Wood
Our structural grade oak ages naturally into a beautiful silver colour with minimal bowing over time to ensure that it keeps your garden covered from the day of its arrival. Our carpenters designed these structure kits to have maximum structural integrity, while keeping to an elegant minimalistic design.
Installation Information
Our structure kits will come flat packaged with all of their parts being distinguishable for installation. These kits are easy to assemble with the mortise-tenon being the main joint for the installation of the frame and the oak pegs provided fitting these joints together. Our CAD diagrams show just how easy it is to fit our kits together, even our flat roof come pre-cut, easily sitting onto the wall plate.
We also offer an installation service, our carpenters have over 20 years of experience and can install our structures with ease!
